Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some models. Should you learn of a new model on the market which is not listed in our catalog please call us on our toll free at 1800-765-0020 or email us at sales@ustronics.com for more information. In addition manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. When prices are lowered we will pass the savings on to you. If a price goes up we may be obliged to increase our price. We will contact you in the event of a price change to secure your transactions.
Prices
It is a main priority to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible; we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order. If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order. Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel or edit the order.
Credits and Charges
Ustronics.com will honor requests for credits on price drops that occur within 3 working days of the original invoice date. Price drops beyond this date will not be matched. Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for the equipment, shipping and sales taxes. Charges for any service plan(s), including one time activation fees, monthly service plan charge and related taxes will be billed separately by the service provider. Ustronics.com cannot be held responsible for inaccurate service plan description or pricing.
Business
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. If you have a credit account with UStronics, payment is due 15 days after the date of our invoice. We reserve the right to charge fees or penalty regarding the late or insufficient payment of an invoice.
General
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. This includes but is not limited to refusal on the grounds of improper conduct, unverifiable information, or any other reason deemed appropriate by UStronics or its staff.
Despite our best efforts to keep pricing information accurate, there may be rare occasions when our pricing is outdated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but will always contact you to confirm any change before you are charged or before products are shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.
Taxes and other charges
US federal law requires applicable sales taxes to be collected on applicable purchases. We are based in Virginia, so applicable sales taxes would apply to all orders shipped within the commonwealth. The final sales tax is determined on the products value and may be based on a price before subsidy.
Payment Terms
At UStronics we strive to provide a simple and easy solution for our clients, thus we have numerous methods of payment available to our clients. Our primary method of payment is by domestic credit card, this includes American Express, Visa, MasterCard as well as Discover. We also accept payment via wire transfer as well as money order and cashier's check. All methods of payment are subject to verification, this process may delay the processing of your order indefinitely. In such cases the customer will be promptly notified the situation and given options regarding how to reinstate the order. Cashier's checks and money orders are subject to a delay period of up to two weeks depending on the clearance time of the issuing bank. This is a verification process in place to protect us as well as the account holder. Please be aware when purchasing via debt card that an authorization is taken at the placement of the order. If there is any delay in the processing or finalization of the order the authorization will hold on the account up to 30 business days. This will leave the selected funds unavailable until the authorization releases. UStronics.com is not liable for any costs or damages incurred resulting from authorizations or additional charges taken resulting in overdraft, unavailable funds fees or any other fee associated with an authorization or incorrect charge. Erroneous charge disputes may be taken up with our processing department and are subject to strict verification.
