Return/Exchange Policy
Weare dedicated to providing our customers with the most economically affordable and technically reliable solutions for their telecommunications needs. Weoffer a hassle-free return policy on any product that becomes defective or proves to be faulty within the return or exchange period, unless such defect is caused by intentional or accidental or negligent act of a customer.

15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide for the return or exchange of products within a 15-day period from the point of receipt, thereby allowing the customer to depend on the quality of the product. All return requests must be submitted through our website by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form (RMA). If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy or returns please contact our Shipping Department at: returns@ustronics.com.
Warranty
We are happy to assist our customers by providing manufacturer contact information regarding the merchandise purchased from us. Please remember that we are a third party distributor of these products and not the manufacturer of the product or a repair center or warranty center for the manufacturer.

In cases where an item becomes defective after the 15-day period covered under ourreturn or exchange policy, you may contact the manufacturer directly. As a third party distributor, UStronics does not provide any warranty, exchange or refund beyond 15 days from the date of purchase. If you have any questions into the procedure associated with your item's warranty retrieval, you are kindly advised to directly contact the manufacturer for such warranty related question(s).
Return/Exchange Merchandise
In order for merchandise to be considered for return or exchange the following criteria must be met:
- 1. All merchandise along with their accessories must be in original condition. All merchandise and accessories must be returned in its original packages.
- There must be no visible signs of scratches or wear and tear on any part of the device, or any material alteration to the hardware and/or software of the device which is to be considered for return/exchange.
- Any information, photographs, images or data stored in phone devices must be deleted prior to sending the subject device to us after an RMA has been issued. We are not responsible for the receipt or disposition of any private or confidential information, data, photographs or images which we receive as a result of you not meeting the requirement set forth in this paragraph. If any of these criteria are not, met the merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Procedure For Returns/Exchanges
The following procedure must be followed for Returns/Exchanges:
- All customers wishing to return or exchange a device or its accessories must submit a request via UStronics.com website by going to the following link: http://www.ustronics.com/rma.php
- Once filled in, the above form must be submitted electronically to the UStronics Shipping Department as soon as possible. You will receive a response via e-mail within two business days from the date your form is submitted.
Please note the following:
- All questions with regard to a merchandise return or exchange must be sent via email to the UStronics Shipping Department at: returns@ustronics.com.
- All returns or exchanges are subject to evaluation by the UStronics Shipping Department. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee the acceptance of an item for return or exchange; it only guarantees the acceptance of the item for evaluation based on the information provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form.
- If a customer obtains an RMA number, this number is valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue.
Returning merchandise
- The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred for shipping and handling of devices or packages subject to return, except in cases where UStronics errors, omissions or negligence are cited to be the cause of customer dissatisfaction with the product or sending a wrong product.
- Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of package.
- Please note that we will not accept for Return or Exchange any merchandise that is sent to us that is not in a proper box. (e.g., cell phone box with postage directly on the box).
- We are not responsible for loss or damages of shipments prior to arrival at our office. We strongly recommend that customers certify all shipments, insure the merchandise, and obtain a tracking number.
- We will not accept returned items without an RMA issued by UStronics Shipping Department prior to the items return.
- In case of return or exchange, all devices received as a promotional offer or a special offer must be returned along with the purchased devices to be returned or exchanged.
- All refunds will be calculated after deduction of shipping and handling cost and/or any rebate whichaccompanied the purchase of device.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover the cost associated with processing, placing an order, testing, repackaging and handling the orders.
SIM Card and Airtime
SIM cards and airtime are subject to RMA refusal in cases where the item is used, opened or refilled. We are not liable for inadequate usage, dispute in usage of airtime amount or charges or problem experienced in any service plan. The manufacturer or service provider bear all responsibility related to airtime usage, or service plans. The aforementioned return policies do not apply to SIM card or accompanying service plans.
