UStronics.com offers a hassle-free return policy on any product that becomes defective or faulty within the return period. We also offer expert advice concerning warranty retrieval for items exceeding the return period listed. 15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
UStronics.com, Inc. provides for return of products within a 15-day period from the point of customer receipt allowing the customer to ensure the quality of the product. All return requests must be submitted through our website by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form (RMA). If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy or returns please contact our Returns Department at returns@ustronics.com.
Warranty
UStronics is happy to assist our customers by providing manufacturer contact information regarding the merchandise purchased from us. Please remember that we are not the manufacturer of the product nor are we a repair center or warranty center for the manufacturer. We are a third party distributor of these products. If you have any questions feel free to email returns@ustronics.com. In cases where an item becomes defective after the 15-day period covered under UStronics.com policy you may contact the manufacturer. If you have any questions into the procedure associated with your item's warranty retrieval process please contact returns@ustronics.com.
Return/Exchange Merchandise
In order for merchandise to be considered for return or exchange the following criteria must be met:
- All merchandise must be in original condition. All accessories to products must also be in original condition. All packaging to merchandise and accessories must be in original condition. If any of these criteria are not met the merchandise will not be considered for return or exchange.
- There may not be any visible scratches or wear on any region of the phone or device to be considered for return/exchange.
- Merchandise with over 60 minutes of talk/use time will not be accepted for return or exchange unless a customer receives prior authorization from the Returns Department.
- Information and photographs stored in phones must be deleted prior to sending to UStronics once an RMA has been issued.
Procedure For Returns/Exchanges
The following procedure must be followed for Returns/Exchanges:
- All customers desiring to do a return or exchange must submit a request via UStronics.com's website by going to the following link: http://www.ustronics.com/rma.php
- This form will be submitted electronically to the Returns Department. You will receive a response via e-mail within 24 to 48 hours from the time your form is submitted. This time period does not include weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays.
Please note the following:
- The best method of contact regarding return/exchange situations is via e-mail to the Returns Department at returns@ustronics.com.
- All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department. An RMA number issuance does not guarantee the acceptance of an item for return; it only guarantees the acceptance of the item for evaluation based on the information provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form.
- If a customer obtains an RMA number, this number is valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue.
Return Shipping and Receiving
- The customer will handle all costs incurred regarding packages subject to return shipping, except in cases of UStronics negligence.
- Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of package.
- Please note that UStronics will not accept for Return or Exchange any merchandise that is sent to us that is not in a proper box. (i.e. cell phone box with postage directly on the box).
- UStronics is not responsible for shipments prior to arrival at our office. We strongly recommend that customers certify all shipments, insure the merchandise, and obtain a tracking number.
- Ustronics.com will not accept returns that are received by the Returns Department that have not been previously issued an RMA number.
Processing of Returns/Exchanges
- There is a restocking fee associated with non-defective returns with the request of a refund; this is no more than a 15% charge. Shipping fees in this case are non-refundable and are to be handled solely by the customer. The restocking fee is used to cover processing fees, handling fees, and costs associated with the placement, processing and execution of the order. The customer will handle all costs incurred regarding packages subject to return shipping, except in cases of negligence by UStronics.
- Defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
General
SIM cards and airtime are subject to RMA refusal in cases where the item was used, opened or refilled. UStronics is not liable for the inadequate usage or lack of service of any product for any reason. All responsibility must be placed on the manufacturer or service provider. The aforementioned return policies do not apply for SIM card service plans. The refund of service fees and incorrect billing must be taken up with the service provider.
