This candybar phone from Nokia’s N-series is a new direction for Nokia who usually make their multimedia phones big and bulky. The n78 cuts down on the width by a couple millimeters making the whole design easier to handle.

Amazing features are to be found in the phone as it is part of Nokia’s flagship line. Most notably is the ability to tag locations on the map included in the phone. With the n78 and its gps capabilities you’ll never get lost and you won’t need to buy a gps device for the car. The system of geotagging will automatically tag locations as you go near them. Nokia maps is the program included in the phone that lets you browse your locations and using the 3.5G connectivity you will be able to easily update the places you’ve been to.

In order to preserve the images of the places you go, the included 3.2-Megapixel camera will be the photographer’s best friend. It has a Carl Zeiss lens which means that the pictures you take will be full of detail and clarity.

Using the USB 2.0 connection you’ll be able to store your favorite photos on the computer and not spend a lot of time doing it. With the mass storage interface all it takes to get the files to and from the computer is a drag and drop method which is very intuitive.

The 2.4-inch display shows colors in brilliant lucidity, and through the WLAN and automatic hotspot detection you’ll be able to surf the internet with ease.
