Inmarsat Bgan Airtime Plan Notes:Service Plan Renewal: Your Bgan terminal airtime service plan will renew automatically. Please contact USTRONICS.COM to cancel your service before month eleven if you do not wish to renew.
Additional Rates:The following is a list of additional fees that will be charged to your account when you either exceed the amounts allotted in your service plan, or if you use services not covered by your service plan.
Background IP Data: $6.50 per MB
Voice to Standard Telephone/Fixed (at 4 Kbps): $0.85/Minute.
Voice to Cellular (at 4Kbps): $0.99
Voice to another Bgan: (at 4 Kbps): $0.80/Minute.
ISDN (at 64 Kbps): $6.25 /Minute.
Short Messaging Service: $0.45 /Per160 Character Msg.
Streaming Calls: (at 256Kbps) $18.02/minute.
Important Notes on Bgan Postpaid Airtime: All service plans are on a one year contract, billed monthly for service fees, except the Anytime Plan (which is billed yearly). Subsequent terms will be for one year, except for the Basic Plus Plan (which is month to month after the first year). All postpaid accounts subject to credit approval and completing a service agreement is not a guarantee of postpaid service. Any service plan changes will take effect on the 1st day of the following calendar month.
Background IP Data calls are rounded up to 50 Kbytes for the first 50 Kbytes, then billed in 10 Kbyte increments
Voice and IP Streaming are rounded up to 30 seconds for the first 30 seconds, then billed in 15 second increments.
The yearly Anytime plan 120MB allowance and Basic Plus plan 10MB allowance only counts towards background IP (streaming data and voice will be billed at standard rates).
The Basic Plus Plan allows your unused monthly allotted Background IP Data units to roll over monthly (up to 120MB per year).
Data Abbreviations: MB= Megabytes; GB= Gigabytes; 1 GB = 1,024 Megabytes; 1 MB = 1024 Kilobytes; 1 Kilobyte =8 Kilobits.
