| Submitting a request |
| To ensure client satisfaction
we offer three separate avenues for the submission of requests. The two
primary submission procedure would be via fax at 703 444 0929, or email
at sales@ustronics.com, these methods
will ensure the prompt and efficient handling of your request. We also accept
requests directly through one of our represenitives, which may be reached
at 1 800 765 0020 x2, this method would be the most efficient if a detailed
explanation of the products are requested. Please be as detailed as possible
in your requests specifically in terms of shipping, and stipulations of
payment as these variables may influence the accuracy of your request response. |

| Order Placement Procedure |
| Much like the request submission, placing
an order is a dynamic procedure with many options to ensure ease and fluidity
throughout the process. The fax or email of a purchase order is the most
common and efficient method. Upon receival of your purchase order you will
contacted by one of our account managers to verify and confirm specifics,
thus we ask that you be as detailed as possible in your requests. You may
also submit an order though our online checkout interface. It is understood
that there are certain numbers that often need to be detailed concerning
the internal routing and reference of the package. For the detailing of
internal routing and reference numbers as well tax exempt ID numbers please
detail this information in the “comments” section towards the

| Shipping and Delivery Options |
| At UStronics.com we understand that there
are certain formalities concerning the shipping, delivery, and receival
of the requested products, thus we are prepared to meet your specific needs
by maintaining a flexible and client oriented mentality. Please detail all
shipping requests, including internal reference numbers, routing information,
preferred courier, shipping account number and delivery requests in the
