The initial $10 credit has a validity period of 30 days after first call is made.
When the credit validity period is over, any remaining balance will expire and will be reset to zero.
A Subscriber can refill the account with any of the available scratch card denominations. At the end of the year from date the first call made, SIM Card needs to have $99 balance in order to extend itself for another year. Otherwise, the card will expire and remaining balance (lower than $99) will expire

If you are a Thuraya prepaid customer, you can top up your prepaid account using Thuraya scratch cards.
To refill your account follow one of the following steps:
Call 150 and follow voice prompts to enter scratch card details.
Send SMS to 150 (message - 14-digit scratch card PIN code, starting and ending with #)
Dial 160 followed by 14-digit scratch card PIN code. Press "Dial".
