Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls using your German SIM card within Germany. All incoming calls, regardless of where they originate are free with the Germany SIM card.

International rates are per minute for international outgoing calls within GERMANY from your GERMANY SIM card while you are in GERMANY. All incoming calls, regardless of where they originate, are free with your Orange GERMANY SIM card.

Your Germany SIM card and preloaded airtime is valid for 12 months during which time you can always receive incoming calls while travelling in Germany.
