Customer service for your France Mobicarte prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing 722 at any time from your France cellular phone or 0892 701 722 from a landline phone in France.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized France SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the France SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the France SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your France cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 33 and then your France cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your France cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.
Adding Talk Time
Your SIM card will include an initial airtime credit to start you off, however to credit your France SIM card with additional airtime, you will need to purchase mobicarte recharge cards. These scratch cards may be in purchased in different denominations:

Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within France from your
France SIM card while you are in France. All incoming calls regardless of where they originate are free with your Orange Mobicarte France SIM card.

International Roaming Rates
Currently you can use your prepaid France SIM card outside of France in 19 countries around Europe and the West Indies. The 19 countries are split into 2 zones and 2 different rates apply for each zone. Your Mobicarte SIM card and cellular phone may be recharged while abroad but do not forget to purchase recharge cards before you start roaming (They do not sell recharge cards for France at convenience stores in Spain).
Other calling limitations (read this carefully as it almost sounds like a riddle) that apply while roaming with a cellular phone and France SIM card include:
1) You can receive calls regardless of where they originate while in zone 1 or 2.
2) You can make domestic calls while in zone 1 or 2
3) While in a zone 1 country you may ONLY call internationally to France, zone 1 or zone 2.
4) While in a zone 2 country you may ONLY call internationally to France.

International roaming with a France SIM card is not the cheapest but it can be convenient if say you cross into Switzerland or Germany for a weekend. This way you don’t have to buy a new SIM card for just 2 days in a new country.
Service Life
If the mobicarte is not reloaded at least once every 7 months then the SIM card and accompanying phone number will expire.
