The Chiron's/Hughes BGAN Terminal Adaptor plugs into the RJ-45 ISDN connection on the Hughes 9201 terminal and provides one RJ-11 connection for an analog phone or handset and a second RJ-11 connection for a fax machine.

Chiron’s Two Wire to ISDN Adapter delivers speed, quality and all the other benefits of ISDN, without having to replace existing telecommunications equipment!
This adapter is used to connect any two existing analogue devices (phone/fax/ modem/answerphone/alarm system etc) to an ISDN line, hence offering the benefits of ISDN out to a much broader market place.
Furthermore the adapter can also run from power provided over the ISDN line so it can operate where no mains power is available (see power requirements below).

• Simple to install and use (designed specifically for non-technical users) – simply ‘plug & play’.
• Compatible with all other ISDN devices and with older PBXs or key systems
• Two telephone interfaces can be used simultaneously for voice, fax, modem etc
• Line powered (if sufficient power available – see below) for locations with no mains power
• LEDs to indicate line synchronization, and analogue connection activity
• Multiple Subscriber Numbering (MSN) directs incoming calls to any one of ten different devices.
